12 days agoA part of Florida I know of is slapping together “luxury” apartments as fast as can be, but as far as I know none of the ones finished in the past ~decade are at full capacity because no one, not even the students they’re assumingly targeting, can afford the rents.
News to me, good riddance. I wonder what finally killed it?
