I used to love Chipotle but hadn't had it in years. Got a burrito a month ago. It was a like someone tried to make a stew with no flavor, just water, then scooped it into a tortilla. Half of it ended in the trash.
Shutting down legitimate criticism of leadership is MAGA type thinking. Knock THAT off. Pretending the politicians you support are flawless or deflecting valid grievances with whataboutisms is not how you hold your party accountable for its shortcomings.
It's certainly an essential piece of the puzzle, but without the other puzzle pieces it is only going to have a minimal effect and is easy to abuse. Better than nothing nothing though, it won't be a wasted effort if it passes, it just won't fix anything or curb rent prices on the whole. But it will help people out here and there.
Where I live we've had a 4% cap for a long time. It just means tenants get evicted to increase the price. It's illegal, but the procedure to after landlords cheating the system is so grueling and adversarial, it puts justice beyond the reach of many victims. I can only imagine this being even worse in the US.
Not anymore. This product matches butter on both counts and puts out much less pollution and takes up much less land than factory farming. I urge you to actually read the article, many of your points are addressed within.
Celeste, FFXIV, Coffee Talk, The Last of Us, Life is Strange, Night in the Woods, it's good time for gaymes. We're all being pumped full of propagaynda and it the world is better for it.
That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying you don't need to be an asshole to disagree. You don't need to "tear down" beliefs and "not play nice". Being rude to people for being wrong just makes them dig deeper into being wrong out of defensiveness. It isn't about edification, it's about finding an excuse to be mean.
That said, other people's education is not my responsibility. Taking the time and energy required to correct a random stranger about what shape the earth is isn't going to change the world but it will take a toll on me. Being wrong doesn't make them a bad person. Being a jerk to them for believing so does. Believing in a flat earth a symptom of fundamentally flawed reasoning skills that I don't have the time or energy to deal with. If someone believes the earth is flat, I'll politely disagree and state my opinion, but ultimately I'll let them do them. Who cares. I choose my friends, they won't make the cut.
In Voyager, the ship is the lagoon. It's probably got the same square footage as the island. Just look at Voyager as static and the rest of the galaxy is moving past it, washing up shenanigans every week.
There's the odd rumour here and there of a TV series, which is where this series would be better than films if done right. But alas, these these rumours stay rumours.
The extinction of animals because of human action predates agriculture. This comic is the middle of the bell curve meme.
