This is a very electoralism brained take. The PSL is a revolutionary socialist party not an electoral one. I can't speak to specific budget numbers, but I can tell you for a fact that most of the money PSL spends has nothing to do with elections like what that quote is implying
Like the other commenter said, the real investment is time which pays off in spreading the party's message and in recruits and trains cadre to develop skills for other struggles
I hope this is higher quality information than some clickbait twitter/telegram account going "look at big missile loaded on ship, strikes imminent" or something along those lines.

That’s also the name of a song, written by members of a self-described “pro-White fraternal order,” that has been embraced by the Proud Boys and other white-nationalist groups. Hundreds of explicitly neo-Nazi and white-supremacist accounts have shared the song on Telegram, an encrypted messaging app, since 2020. The white supremacist who killed three Black people at a Jacksonville, Fla., dollar store in 2023 included lyrics from the song in his writing.
Instead they are still doing nothing, even when the situation cries for more. Even when the masses yearn for someone to actually confront ICE.
The PSL is not exclusively a protest org. They are protesting and also organizing community defense of immigrants to counter ICE look at what they're doing in Ventura County
I view the presidential campaign as more of a way to discuss and popularize socialism with the masses. Most people's conception of politics is limited to electoralism and the campaign provided the opportunity to meet people where they are at and redefine what socialism and what politics could be for them
