Fastmail.Com $50/year I have like 10 domians with catchall emails and fastmail provides it own masked email service as well. I have a referral link. But to show how much I enjoy the product I won't post it here. They included with the $50/yr is static web hosting, A decent amount of WebDAV storage, contacts, calendar and the email.
It's not encrypted at rest like proton. Buts it's not gmail. You can bring your own app imap and jmap support.
