I get the standard lights/patterns with migraines, sometime have vivid dreams if I’m over tired/over worked.

I did have a real vivid hallucination session while on prescription pain meds after breaking my shoulder 2 years ago, this was weird as hell and my heart rate was pegged at ~100-120 for 2-3+ hours.

I’m probably on the autism spectrum and my wife has ADHA - this can make for some interesting home life with our two kids (one is probably undiagnosed ADHD, and the other has generalized anxiety).

I guess I don’t have any real advise, just know that there are people out there that will listen to you if you need to vent.

I think in [oldish] English that would be a faggot, I dont know that we need to use that language (and all of it’s modern history) to describe the current US leadership. There are better terms like ‘fascist’ and hatemonger.

I have used AI to make a few games for my kids, and a couple of apps that I wanted for my own wants/needs. In both cases it was very frustrating and I cant beleave people that say the current state is ‘great’. It was barely fictional and needed constant over-site - if I didn’t know at least basic C++/PHP/javascript and html/css I don’t know if it would be that usefull.

It helped me to rapidly prototype, but needed lots of work to keep it on track. I can see how agents go rogue and delete whole dir trees etc.

As for the environmental costs, even with out LLMs I think we are fucked with what we have done up to now and what the US seems hell bent on bringing on us (the rest or the world)
