  • I hate that people keep bringing up free speech like that means you can say whatever you want without consequences.

Free speech means the government cannot act on what your saying alone. Anyone else and corporations are fully allowed to react anyway they want to your 1st amendment rights. Including firing you, or using their 2nd amendment rights.

  • I like the Bilbo edit that removes most of the crap, and keeps the story shown to be from only what Bilbo sees. Gets the 3 movies down to 4 hrs I think.

  • You seem to be pretty focused on your popularity rather than the quality of your content.

  • In these final 3 days of lemm.ee's existence, what would you like your final words on your account to be?

  • I'd say since angels are imaginary, √-1 angels would fit on a pin head.

  • I don't think you can use contempt outside of the courtroom.

Like if the court rules you can't deport someone and you do after the fact, you can't hold the gov or lawyer in contempt after the ruling takes place. If it's an ongoing case, sure. But if there is a final ruling that's ignored, I don't think the judicial branch has any power over the executive for ignoring them.

Checks and balances procedure would be impeachment by the house.

  • At least you laid out some actual facts here, not just believe me bro it's a conspiracy.

    Still flimsy assumptions here.

Just as much reason to assume he snapped and acted independently as a loner like you described and is the normal mo for assassins in the past. And that SS is still has gaps in their security.

  • Didn't realize the facts of how things played out would be considered a contrived story.

But if you believe conspiracies... Not too surprising that's what you think

  • What is so hard to believe about someone acting on their own beliefs to try to kill one of the most hated and divisive people in our present time in history.

Or why is it hard to believe that the SS failed in their duty to actively protect the president or president elect. Not like that hasn't happened in US history ever. (Regan, Kennedy, Lincoln...).

Easier to believe the conspiracy I guess.

  • I believe in facts, not assumed narratives.

I shared above how things played out.

Until any facts come out about SS or other groups plots to conspire to fake an attempt on Trump, I will believe that this person acted by themselves and actually tried to kill Trump for their own reasons. And failed, killing others on accident, and getting himself killed in the process.

    Crazy to assume otherwise.

  • There is no proof of what you say. Therefore it is unfounded.

You can make your own false assumptions, but spreading conspiracy theories like this is dangerous.

  • Did you!? Then stop spreading shit!

  • That's what our 2nd amendment right is here for. If you have an immigrant visa, you can legally buy a gun. They should be aware of their rights to protect themselves.

  • This is just dumb conspiracy theory shit.

Bullet trajectory showed Trump would be dead if he didn't turn his head last minute. That slight turn allowed the bullet only to glance his ear. That same bullet then hit some in the crowd behind him. He then fliched a bit, and the other shots that were still aimed at the initial first spot all missed and hit the crowd behind him.

There is such a slim chance that was all planned. Trump was directly in line of fire and could have easily been killed if this was just a stunt. They'd never risk that.

Don't spread shit rumors in a time when there is plenty of real shit in front of your eyes to be angry about.

  • You're not wrong...

The problem were finding out now is, there is no way for the branches to enforce their decisions unless they all agree.

If executive disagrees with judicial orders and doesn't follow and orders the departments under executive branch control to follow their orders anyway, there is no way for judicial or legislation branches to hold the executive accountable and stop them. Other than legislation impeaching people.

Not sure how many scenarios the US has been in where legislation ignored judicial ruling. And can't think of how judicial could ignore legislation and executive branches exactly...
