  • As soon and my alarm goes off I think "Ok, 9 1/2 hours"

  • All mammals have (or had) 5 digit paws. Bat wings are finger webbing. Horses walk on their middle fingers, flipping the world off with every step.

  • When the game 7th Guest came out (though I'm sure there were others) it was on a mixed CD, part soundrack audio and part game data. But if you had an older CD playing stereo that didn't block track zero, you could listen to the data. It was early EDM for the crowd that listened to modem handshakes for fun.

  • There must be a fan edit of the Tuvix script where they manage to Thomas Riker him, and split one of the transporter clones in the process.

  • It's oddly good. To do it right use unsalted butter and then add seasoning with salt and pepper once the butter is melted.

  • If I were an Amazon exec I'd hope for this. The bribe has already done its work and if no one sees they film there will be fewer complaints and bad reviews written about it.

  • KDE Plasma. I want context sensitive mouse button macros depending on the active window and, if its librewolf, the site in the active tab. I am currently using libratbag/ratbagctl for the remapping, but I'm changing ratbagctl profiles manually.

  • I haven't touched a facebook product in almost 15 years and my life has been nothing but better for it.

  • They've said publicly they intend to turn it into a MAGA-first platform. And now people are surprised?

  • Google did not admit wrongdoing in the settlement of the class-action case

A settlement is an admission no matter what Google says. Headline should read, "Google Admits To Using Its Consumer Hardware To Spy On Users."

  • I've discovered this once on my own, I had a complex control remapper and that I had been evolving into a horrific bash hydra of hacks over many years. I briefly tried to get it working when I switched to Wayland. I don't remember which component broke me, but it went something like this:

"Hey, I wonder why doesn't this thing work in Wayland. I wonder if I can whip up a pale imitation."10 minutes of stack overflow searches later..."Oh... oh no."

  • HML4Life

  • We eventually stopped buying toys for our cats. One cat's favorite toy is dried leaves. The other can't get enough of twist ties twisted into a loop

  • The world ended in 2012 and now we live in the death gasps

  • I am 3 pounds of mostly fat piloting a meat mech.

  • If its dealers choice there are almost certainly more robots than humans. Every washing machine, dishwasher, automatic garage door opener, and grill with an automatic rotisserie could be considered a robot, as they automate labor.

  • I gaggled at this.
