  • I had nothing to do this weekend, so I spent a loooooot of time with it. It’s not an overly long game, but repeatability is definitely there. The time limit really isn’t a deal breaker, coming from someone with decision paralysis and an inability to do anything if it’s not the peak efficient way to do it.

The combat is so much fun though… the directional attack and parry system is basically if witcher and KCD had a love child, then that love child grew up into a smoke show who’s making eyes at you from across the bar…

You won’t know what to do in the beginning, but give it a shot and you’ll figure it out.

  • Cyberpunk 2077 was probably my biggest patient gamers win… I usually practice just to wait for a sale because my backlog is big enough already, but giving this one time to cook, drop the dlc, and then go on a steep sale? I think I got it for like $20 USD and it got close to 500 hours in it by now…

Runner up would be No Man’s Sky…another one that just keeps getting better the longer you wait. Only downside is they keep announcing new stuff…so it’s almost like they keep resetting the clock.
