    It seems that they are so anti-immigrant, that "immigration reforms would make it more difficult to attract high fee-paying international students." Thus part of the reason for losing money to pay for programs.

    Notice it's journalism that would be cut. The one thing that would help dispel the misinformation campaigns that led to Brexit.

    Also, taxing the ultra rich would help fund school programs.

    Trump is doing exactly what Putin wants him to - getting the US out of Ukraine.

    The US never was needed at the negotiation table because there are no negotiations. Russia wants Ukraine's land. Ukraine wants its border restored, and anything less is a loss - Russia's only "concession" is to stop attacking, for now.
