It’s not quite that quantitative:

Would you be okay with people who can’t pay you back benefiting if it cost you less overall?

How does this compare to other systems you do consider the government competent enough to manage?

Are you willing to go down for your country?

Copyright law only really holds major rights holders accountable to each other. It doesn’t matter if you’re 100% in the right, if you piss off a rights holder enough they will crush you.
