Oh no worries! I read through the whole thing and I was like “woah this is super long” so I put a little summary up. I hope I didn’t miss any important bits!

For those who haven’t read the whole thing yet:

BLUF They’re controlling estrogen similarly to opiates, only for trans women. This is not a law, this is a petition through the FDA that does NOT require congressional approval.

Any trans woman that attempts to get estrogen will be recorded in the same pharmacy database they keep for, again, opiates and they will be denied at every single pharmacy they go to since they all are required to use the same database for controlled substances.

There will be criminal charges for DIY production and usage, so that route has been taken as well.

My first name is a twist on my childhood nickname so I suppose I cheated a bit, but my middle name? I chose it from pop culture instead of any baby name book. It’s James, queer icon from the Pokemon anime and my favorite character in the whole series. Maybe looking around at pop culture things you’re interested in would help? Also you can choose something you just think is cool and just call yourself by it for awhile and see if you jell with it or not.

So, they’re planning on not lowering prices but instead waiting until folks can’t buy groceries so they come back to where they can afford to eat. Most likely also collude with other brands so they also won’t lower their prices.

The blasé tone in which they describe a business strategy of ‘the poor will come back when they have nowhere else to go’ is horrendous.

Also, the soulless analyst’s name is Nick Satan, this existence can’t be real.

In a 6-3 vote, the court granted a request by the Trump administration to narrow the scope of nationwide injunctions imposed by judges so that they apply only to states, groups and individuals that sued. That means the birthright citizenship proposal can likely move forward at least in part in the states that challenged it as well as those that did not.
