  • As someone who’s followed politics pre-trump. Trust me, the Dems have undoubtedly moved further left, even just 10 years ago.

Usually there’s like 7-10 Manchins and Sinemas. Now there’s just like 3.

  • Why does this country get amnesia about republicans everytime a democrat is president? Trump and Elon laughed about Union Busting on a public Twitter space call….. LITERALLY LAST YEAR DURING THE CAMPAIGN

  • Andrew Johnson with torpedoing reconstruction?

Just off the top. As for modern era politics, not really.

  • Yeah, that’s called electoral politics. Do you know how earlier we would’ve gotten civil rights if the right were too busy arguing over who was more racist, whilst letting pro civil rights politicians gain power. Would’ve been awesome.

Unfortunately, right wingers know when to lock in and stop ANY semblance of progress from the left. I wish the left would figure this out by now.

  • Yes, I am former President Bill Clinton on my burner account and I approve of this courageous voyagers message!

  • There’s really no economic interest for anyone other than South Korea in this situation

  • Great clarification. Do you think lifting sanctions and creating Pro-NK surpluses would help? Would Kim even do that?

  • 😂😂😂

  • Those pesky poors! Always getting in the way of some good imperialism 😤

  • I never thought about it like that

  • I don’t disagree, the US definitely are the bad guys today on the global stage. But just hearing and seeing the stories from North Korea breaks my heart. Has the NATO or any western country tried some sort of diplomatic deal with Kim for better living conditions for his people?

  • lol, you think the Dems are more right wing TODAY than the freakin 70s!?!?

  • I understand that, and I agree. We do need Dems in Congress that will always push for progressive legislation and fight back against conservative nonsense. The issue is, there’s a vast amount of people in this country that want to do the opposite, and in most cases, we’re outnumbered in that regard. You have to VOTE, we have to WIN! Even a moderate Democrat can be pushed towards progressive reform. A conservative Republican will never.

Biden’s BBB was 2 votes away from becoming a reality, unfortunately, it failed. But 10 years prior to that in 2011, it might’ve been 6-9 votes away. WERE MAKING PROGRESS. But everytime republicans gain control, our progress is put on hold or reversed. We can’t allow them to keep winnning.

  • Leftist being nice to the right is always a sight to see

  • You guys are so delusional. You could replace every sitting Dem in congress right now with your hand picked candidates, and literally NOTHING would be different. How many times does this need to be said, YOU NEED 60 VOTES IN THE SENATE! Without 60 votes, you’re not getting transformative change. You can thank your red state voters for that.

  • Yeah that’s true, let the chaos begin then

  • That’s a lot of work when we could just get 60 senators to stop being pricks
