Maybe a silver lining is that this would free up these cars to be sold in other countries that have cities drowning in smog.. if cheaper EVs are available there it might dramatically improve the health of these cities and all their inhabitants..
It would be part of the negotiations, so the most likely way it will work is that to cease hostilities, they agree on a line on the map and everything left of the line is NATO. Anything short of that would mean Putin crosses the line in a few years.
Then negotiate with Russia about returning occupied territories in exchange for... Lifting sanctions, returning cash, trade agreements, whatever.
And what bills are those. Cause you gotta live within your means. Personal bankruptcy will help him get put from under contracts deemed too expensive.. so he can pay the people he defamed.
That's why we need to regulate what is allowed in contracts because there are things that are just so wrong and predatory we as society should not find that acceptable. We do this all the time, its long overdue to extend this to the music industry.

This is like how poverty creates crime.. not ethnicity. It is much more of a class issue than a gender causes violence/victimization issue...
How is the rise in overall violence? Does the violence against women deviate from the overall trend.
Also escaping abusive relations for women has a financial hurdle is so incredibly depressing to read, as this would in my opinion be the easiest for a government to solve..
I believe this is also a reason why the right is so focussed on breaking down social security and hammering the "normal family".. to reduce options women have even more.
Tell that to the people who had family butchered in Bucha, or the soldiers that came from Russian imprisonment looking like WW2 concentration camp survivors with horror stories about their abuse at the hands of Russians.
War is horrible, but supporting a country filled with people that do not want to be Russians is not a bad deed.
Even the people in the occupied territories.. all that we need to negotiate.. how did that work out for the world? Not standing up to tyrants just means they will do more. So as long as Ukranians say they want to fight Russia to defend their autonomy we have a moral and ethical obligation to give them what they need to win.
