  • It's so odd

  • The destruction of the Kosmos 1408 satellite by a Russian ASAT missile on November 15, 2021, has created a large debris cloud, with 1500 pieces of debris being tracked and an estimated hundreds of thousands of pieces too small to track. Since the satellite was in a polar orbit, and its debris has spread out between the altitudes of 300 km and 1000 km, it could potentially collide with any LEO satellite, including the International Space Station and the Chinese Space Station (Tiangong).

  • Why the hell are the World presidents not doing anything against this?

While I'm no scholar, I really think it's a geo-political issue. If the West doesn't support Israel, then Russia will and gain considerable power in the Middle East. It's the only reason I can think of. Any one have any ideas?

  • WWIII baby! You know what that means...nuclear annihilation! Put your best suit on so when the next civilization finds you they'll say, "Damn, this was one fly ass motherfucker, getting dressed up for a nuclear explosion."

  • ah, I was on my phone. I can see it now on my desktop.

  • I agree with you, but I also understand the French people taking King Louis and Marie Antoinette to the guillotine. Just saying, the situation there might be so intense and oppressive, that the killing could at least be understood even if not just. We just don't know enough :/

  • you dont know what that guy has done. maybe he's killed workers himself.

  • I'm convinced that Kim's haircut is purposefully so bad as a demonstration of power. He wants to show that he can look like "fuck my shit up" material and still get compliments. He goes out hoping someone would say something bad about his hair. "Say something. Say something!...Yeah, that's what I thought."

  • freaking paywalled

  • He's gaslighting us. We're possibly heading for a recession in the US. China's real estate market is jacked, Japan and the UK are in a recession. As tied up as our economies are, it would be expected. The one thing I, as someone that is in no way an expert on economics, think could save us is the major economic legislation headed by Biden that has been recently. Actually, I would expect the legislation to solely reduce the impact of a recession.

  • omfg lmaoo im seriously crying from laughter 🤣...hhold up.....🤣🤣...

why would anyone think a recipe clled sticky chicky dump chicken with those four ingredients taste anything but terrible? lol and people where complaining that it tasted like peanut butter spread on chicken!! lmaoo why would it taste like anything else?? it's literally that with a spoon of soy sauce mixed in! omg im laughing so hard 😆 yet, there was still someone that said that they liked it. imagine what they usually eat to give this 5 stars 🤢

that recipe has to be a troll. it cant be for real.

apparently that great depression era style canned chicken is $25, so theyre paying like 5 times more than if they would have used a frozen chicken. i wouldnt trust the decisions of anyone that has seriously tried that recipe out.

  • omg lmao lemmy has been so funny lately 😆

  • Now that you mentioned the freedom and democracy order, I wonder if there's a connection with Biden sending the CIA director to Israel supposedly for peace negotiations.

  • oh my, that's troubling.

  • How do you know the plane model when purchasing a flight?

  • Oh no, they're gonna Kennedy your ass!

  • This might be offensive, but I want everyone to know that my intentions are innocent. I'm only expressing how I think. If I do say something offensive, I would like to know so that I could work on it because I want to get better at understanding in an inclusive and fair manner. Because I even thought to write this disclaimer, I'm guessing there probably is something offensive, so if there is, please let me know where I'm being a jerk.

From my experience noticing other people's body language in both countries, people in Cuba seem wayyy more laid back and free with their body language. In the US, it seems like people are trying to meet an undisclosed standard of presenting as "having it together", so people seem rigid and stuck. My interpretation is that people in Cuba are more authentic with their emotions, while people in the US are more controlled. My guess is that I probably look emotionally blunted to the people in Cuba.

  • Yeah, but I never got any definitive answers. They would just be vague and say it was something about me.
