  • Thanks for the answer!

Just bought a phomemo, looks like smart folks created a cups driver for it. (Ab)using dnsmasq and nginx is clever, will keep that in mind.

Perhaps not relevant in your case, but if you print qr, the caps of your links also affect the amount of data in the code:

  • Please elaborate,

The software looks ok, will install. UI looks like spoolman, no bs, just works. I like it.

But; what's with the label printer? Creating qr with a url to the inventory system looks handy.

I always have to dig thru gmail for order confirmations when I want to know where stuff was bought. This looks like a great solution for a first world problem.

  • No experience with Gitea, expect it to be as stable as can be.

But... Forgejo is a fork, got some nice improvements and is and will be opensource. Gitea is 'for profit '

  • Setting up Forgejo is not complicated, but of course this varies per person.

The 3D view is a nice gimmick, having a stable and secure VCS is more important to me.

  • Install snmpd on your proxmox host and use observium (running elsewhere) ?

  • Compiling..

  • If you fancy a nice webbased interface, Forgejo. Git bare with cgit is an option of course, but running the single application for Forgejo will you lots of fun.

  • Replace cgit with Forgejo. I really like the software from Jason, but Forgejo is a huge difference

  • Still releasing new versions and active on discord.

  • Left Reddit, won't ever go back. Lemmy still needs more traction, but at least it is not as toxic and influenced by corporate greed.

  • Mine does.

Probably most of the builds do. But you got to keep in mind, every Voron is unique. It is not a 100-a-day from the factory kind of product.

  • Getting to know all the minor tweaks, the ins and outs of your device.

Every Voron is unique, so digging up a yt to solve your issue is not going to help much.

  • I love mine. Always fire and forget printing. My 2.4 has a chaotic lab tap, never any issues.

Printing with abs, petg and pla never fails. Quite a learning curve, but well worth it.

If you are not afraid to take it apart an reassemble, go for it.
