  • I work mornings in the office and drive home on lunch break to wfh the rest of the day and all my best solutions pop into my head in that drive home. It's great because it's a quick break from work to get the brain percolating and then I can jump right into solving mode as soon as I get home.

  • I'm torn about this because I have good mentors but I genuinely want to try to learn how to code and not just have the answers given to me right away. At least I'm only working on volunteer project so being slow isn't really holding anyone else up.

  • That didn't happen.

And if it did, it wasn't that bad.

And if it was, that's not a big deal.

And if it is, that's not my fault.

And if it was, I didn't mean it. (Republicans are here)

And if I did, you deserved it. (Those of us screaming about this shit as loud as we can are trying to prevent this from happening)

  • This wasn't a one off reply though. This lady was sent multiple emails responses that were disparaging. This was a clear case of wilful abuse. Also where is the anger from the Pagan community at having their beliefs used to belittle those who are disadvantaged?

  • I think my first late night tv adventure was seeing Akira and having absolutely no idea what was going on.

  • I had an 87 mustang gt 5.0 for my first car. My 2022 civic sedan-sport is faster, safer, and more fun to drive.

  • I never knew about how CSD spreads but that makes sense. I don't see artifacts with my auras. Generally everything becomes too bright and too loud all at once. I know I'm having a bad one if I start writing backwards (I will write the second letter of every word first) or slurring my speech. Thankfully I don't get super bad ones as much anymore.

  • My husband is bald but like to use my nice smelling shampoo on his beard every now and again. Pamper yourself.

  • So this is China's take on Facility fees. They just actually have the balls to list what the charge actually entailed.

  • I previously had an LG Stylo and now I have a Motorola G stylus. I love both of them. The stylus is kind of thin but it's stored in the phone. I use the notepad pretty frequently so having a phone with a stylus is a must have for me.

  • This article makes it sound like the hospital was attacked when it was the lab/pathology service provider that was attacked. So no access to lab tests/results means no care. I am real interested in knowing what lab information system they are using. My guess is that software company had their servers attacked thus shutting down access to the software.

  • Cool. Yea I saw all of the hardware they're pushing and that's what made me wonder what's going on there. I use professional grade software for work but I'd like to have more professional features for home too without the high cost of entry.

  • 13 years ago I bought my childhood home from my parents. They basically gifted me the down payment and my dad helped me update it. I was exceptionally lucky them and I'd have no chance in hell buying a house now.

  • Just looked at Resolve and I definitely want to try this out. It almost sounds too good to be true. Anyone here tried it?

  • Ooo I just started my Linux journey and I'm definitely checking out that YouTube channel.

  • It's a small deterrent for China but a bigger incentive for other countries to defend Taiwan.

  • When you have all the money and power of a god all that's left is being worshipped like one. These people are very mentally sick.
