I love lemmy. On the other site, you'd have 100 snarky and/or insulting replies. Here, there's a single reply that is straightforward and helpful.I dunno, thanks for being a bright spot in otherwise somewhat bleak world.
You were. You made the best decision with the information you had at the time, and that's the best you can hope for!
My group mostly only uses discord for video chat during D&D. Is there a recommended alternative? We don't use ANY of the other features. I'm looking into jitsi now.

I couldn't find conclusive information for Wolfenstein 3D or Doom, but it seems to point toward bobbing being present for those as well.If it really seems like a game that might be otherwise fun, I'd recommend giving it a shot with bobbing/sway (however it is called) turned of.This also affects my wife, she has to have it off in order to enjoy any 3d, first person game.

It will be defeated, fascism is fragile and always falls eventually. But of course this is still an emergency, and every day they stay in power is a tragedy.
Can we crowdsource one? I'd throw a few grand into a new studio with the right leadership and governance.
This is an excellent idea. I've wanted to do this for a while. I will start researching local credit unions tonight!
Being mocked by this poor excuse for a human is a badge of hono.
