Migrating here (or maybe keeping both) from @ArcaneSlime@lemmy.ml

Will put an eternal curse on your enemies for a Cinemageddon invite.

  • Elaborate on this vessel, a 2l with a balloon cap like beer mash?

  • Actually the chicken on pizza shouldn't, and doesn't have to, be dry (though you're right it often is, they use frozen).

Start with fresh not frozen, chop it up appropriately, fry in a pan with a little texas pete mild buffalo to season, and then use that fully cooked as a topping but do it half under the cheese (sprinkle half, chicken, pine, jal, sprinkle half).

That said, the pine juice actually helps compensate for the dry chicken, and if you're feeling savory instead of salty it is a great pairing too. Doubly so with jal (for both).

  • My one criticism of "pineapple on pizza" actually has fuck all to do with the pineapple (and while you did it here, you also didn't. Let me explain.)

The issue is that the common pairing of "sweet ham and sweet pineapple" is a grave mistake. Both toppings fill the same role, and doubling with no contrast is too much imo. Some add salty bacon which does help, and you've added salty pepperoni and savory beef which further helps (though in my opinion crowds it, the ideal pizza is 3 toppings, but still way better than just ham/pine, this pizza looks good!)

Ideally, the best way to utilize the sweet pineapple on a pizza is to combine it with salty pepperoni and spicy jalapenos (if you can handle them).

  • "Good question. Next question..."

  • If only Nvidia wasn't shit when it came to linux support*

Don't post your cries to random forums that can do nothing about it, send them directly to Nvidia at info@nvidia.com or call 1-408-486-2000 and tell them you're a loyal customer who wants linux support or you'll go to AMD who does it well. The more that do that the more likely you'll actually get support for your hardware.

  • I have one like this, she's having fun. It's to the point where I don't even kill roaches anymore, I just wish them luck and find their corpse in the morning. One time she ripped the tail off a skink, but he got away and hid for like 3 days until I found him and let him outside lol.

  • Meh I might skip this one then, thanks. I mean action and gore is cool but I liked the good writing in the OG, can't just fall into the modern trap of "make it flashy nobody is listening anyway."

  • Let me rephrase my question then.

Is it absolute dogshit like most reboots, or is it actually worth the effort of torrenting it to see?

  • New Trigun huh? Any good?

  • From what I hear, gaming = bazzite.

Also you can check compatibility of your games with ProtonDB.

  • “For the safety of both the animal and our crews, Xcel Energy is not able to respond to remove animals from power poles or other electrical equipment. When animals are frightened, rescues can unfortunately lead to injury to the animal or to the people attempting to help. Additionally, our equipment carries a risk of electrical contact, even when it may not appear energized. Because of these safety risks, we cannot shut off power for rescue attempts,” Xcel said on social media.

Translation: "Cat might scratch our dude, or we might get sued if we accidentally hurt it during rescue. Additionally, though we 100% have to have the ability to shut down that strip for maintenance, if we totally didn't do that and went up there anyway it would be dangerous which is why we do shut it off during maintenance. Because of the safety risks involved with literally breaking maintenance protocol which is 100% optional, we could just shut it down like we do for maintenance for ten fucking minutes and grab the cat with a cherry picker, but fuck your cat."

  • Well lucky you tbh, they're insecure (it's basically a password that can never be changed and can legally be compelled by the feds unlike an in-brain password), could in theory be used quite literally to fingerprint you, and can't be used with gloves or dirty hands or even sometimes sweat.

  • I moved away from it because:

    • Too hard for normals (I know, but they won't use it and what good is a chat app without contacts)
    • Pisses metadata to any server you federate with
    • Including matrix [.] org which as the "main instance" you almost have yo federate with, which is owned by The Matrix Foundation, which started as a project at Amdocs before breaking off, which is a Mossad affiliated company that infiltrated American telcom networks long ago, which I don't find particularly trustworthy to have had any involvement with a secure messaging app that pisses metadata that Mossad "totally isn't" spying on (I have no proof but you don't either). They may not be, but it's too close for comfort.
    • In the public rooms there's a CP problem. Can't recommend that shit to friends/family I'll look like a goddamn pedo if they see someone post that before it gets removed/banned. Not fair but it is what it is.

  • Large files huh? "Large" like "4k videos of blackmail material" large or what are we talking here?

Fedora just runs my large 4k videos of totally not pirated movies just fine, I've never had a file too large to access.
