6 months agoideally each muscle group twice a week but once a week is enough too
eating and sleeping is just as important if not more than lifting. don’t focus too much on the lifting part
Honestly I think they’re actually right on this one
China trades and tries to be friendly with lots of nations that are causing as much or more death and misery than Israel
