  • You have to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow.

  • I studied Gaussian curves and found a mistress

  • “Do what you can, from where you are, with what you’ve got.”

  • Same. I did CWOps beginner. I got the pocket radio and tiny key. My setup is so thin I should totally be jamming Morse every day and yet… I haven’t.

  • Ah, the good times

  • I’ve always wanted to be 5’14”.

  • It demonstrates the adage “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know.”

  • Have you tried calling it

  • This tire-blown incidence was caused by a rather large piece of metal FOD from a previous aircraft departures. Some engine strap as I recall. The strap was laying on its side and basically sliced the tire as it rolled over. The resulting debris field punctured the fuel tank, damaged an engine, and flames worked their way up until structural failure caused the plane to crash.

  • Wait until you hear about pickling. A number of military aircraft at the “boneyard” At Davis-Monthan AFB are still suitable for service; their engines having been removed and pickled within a special crate beside the aircraft.

Marine desalination systems are pickled between extended periods of non-use.

And there’s also the traditional use for pickled.

  • Upvoted and acquiesced. You’re damn right.

  • I argue Fourth Monday is the worst day of the week because it’s only a temptation of Friday.

  • Tuesday, aka Second Monday.
