  • I mean to an extent a list of everybody the guy interacted with isn't that huge of a deal. Think about it from the other side, if you were the ringleader of that kind of operation it would be in order to interact with people other than pedophiles so if they were the ones to get caught first the investigation doesn't immediately go to "oh the only people this guy ever interacted with are sex offenders". Plus on the practicality side, pedophiles aren't that huge a portion of the population, it'd be hard to fill an address book with just those even if there wasn't an adversarial aspect in the form of law enforcement.
