FDA petition for mandatory registration of trans women patients and mandatory psychiatric gatekeeping

I cannot pretend as if I can understand how the American legal system works, but the claims made on this website (and reddit post that I first saw this from) are very concerning. For those who don't like clicking links, the main claims are:

1. FDA removed warnings from Estrogen supplements and decided the risks to them were overblown
2. About a month later a hate group (led by someone who did some shoddy research) submitted a petition to:
3. Add the warnings back for trans women
4. Force trans women accessing Estrogen to register on a list usually used for patients accessing opiods and such
5. Move away from informed consent to mandatory psychiatric gatekeeping

Besides this there are other aspects to the petition. It is open to public commenting.
