Need help assisting trans woman

Hola todos,

I'm in Spain and going to language school. Recently a trans woman from china started classes and she has been having a really hard time getting injectibles. She has tried multiple clinics and the most she could get was the cream which isn't great.

Does anyone from Spain know how a foreigner can get care? Is there a safe/reliable source of medication online that isn't too costly?
