ICE pens deal to use Marana private prison as immigration detention center

On Wednesday, ICE published a sole-source agreement for the Marana Detention Facility, owned and operated by Utah-based Management & Training Corporation. Last summer, MTC purchased the shuttered private prison for $15 million amid the Trump administration's push to dramatically increase interior arrests and deportations.
