what is some advice you have for a freshly 15-year-old girl/enby like me?

so im kind of a mess. just turned 15 yesterday, mentally ill, just got checked out at the doctor for bulimia and trying to eat without gagging myself, and lgbt. i am nonbinary fem and pansexual :,) do you have any advice for me? life can be hard, especially for someone like me imo.
