How to prove my ISP is block VPN, Proxy, DNS ?

I think my ISP randomly drops my DNS server IP.

blocks some wireguard IPs (there is no handshake on openwrt).

Some SOCKS5 Proxies stop working after few hours.

Snowflake isn't working
