I'm thinking a lot on creating an EU petition about the RAM crisis...

Will be collecting some evidence and looking into how do I start a petition as an EU citizen. If nothing else, I hope it will at least garner some attention to the issue of potential market denial, and trying to shift us from hardware owned by the users to the cloud.
