Undersea cable between Lithuania and Latvia damaged near Liepāja

It seems another fiber optic subsea cable was damaged in the Baltic Sea, this is not the same incident as the one in the Gulf of Finland a few days ago.

I'm wondering if it's BCS-East or a different not publicly listed one. Can't find confirmation yet.
