US comrades: if there's an emergency protest for Venezuela near you, you should go

If an org or group of organizers seems like they have their shit together and know what they're talking about, you should try to plug into the work they do beyond that protest. I'm sure we're all skeptical of the efficacy of peaceful protests as an end in themselves, but the whole main point of them is that they can be a first step into broader org work. You should absolutely go keeping that in mind, if you can. (Ignore my doomer post in the mega if you saw that)

And of course, eternal death to the American empire, solidarity with Venezuela, solidarity with the anti-imperialist struggle everywhere.
