My Pluribus hot take is that it's a comedy and it's a pretty fucking hilarious one

Like seriously it's not a mystery box or a serious drama character study first and foremost, the plot is there and the characters have their arcs but primarily each episode has been designed to make me laugh and if anything I'd liken it to being along the same spectrum as John Dies at the End or Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy but less overt and much, much drier and built on the absurdity of the situation. Carol demands that hundreds of Plurbs put back food at the Sprouts because she's so independent, then she just stocks up on microwave meals. She asks for a grenade sarcastically and they're like "Sure, here you go." The Plurbs pick up Carol's trash with the same drone they used to grab her video and it immediately crashes into a light pole and dumps all the trash back out on the street. Carol goes all investigative journalist on the Plurbs' food supply only to find she's a week late to the party and John Cena has made a video personally explaining to her that their cannibalism is because they can't hurt a tree's feelings by stealing its fruit before it's ready to fall off. Manousos is so locked into his mindset that in a post-apocalyptic scenario he's stopping to write IOUs for a hospital bill when the goddamn world has ended and he's on a quest to save it.

Damn near every episode has made me laugh my ass off at some point. I am here for the Carol Sturka Saves the World and Hates Every Fucking Second Of It Show, god damn it. Bravo Vince.
