Manage post and comment reports from Blorp!

Sorry this took me so long, but you can now manage post and comment reports from the inbox, but only on https://blorpblorp.xyz/ for now. I don't moderate many communities, so if anyone here is an active mod, I would appreciate some help testing the feature. If that goes well, we can roll this out to the native iOS and Android apps soon.

Edit: Lemmy only for now, as PieFed doesn’t support reading post/comment reports via the API yet. But I will try and get that in very soon
