University of Oklahoma will automatically suspend faculty (with pay) in response to student complaints. 2 weeks ago an instructor went on leave after giving a failing grade to a Bible-based essay.

OU Faculty Senate raises concerns with policy suspending faculty members who receive student complaints

The uni didn't even properly publicize the new policy. It came out during a debate and the student newspaper published it.

“During the course of the debate, it was disclosed that it is now policy of the university to suspend any faculty member with pay against whom a student has lodged a complaint. The faculty member is suspended under the Title IX program,” Schmeltzer wrote. “This was new information to everyone in attendance.”
