Scotland’s last shoemaking shop to be restored decades after it closed

TIL what a Souter is. So Soapy Souter from the Broons must have an ancestor that made shoes!

It's quite hard to get shoes that are made in Scotland also, but clearly that never used to be true. Will be very interesting to see this store when reopened
