How dare you ask for better accessibility in a public transit system, you weakling?! /s

Context: Many stations on the Mumbai Metro's fancy new underground Line 3 don't have escalators that lead down from street level to the platforms -- only up. There are elevators, but they're incredibly difficult to find at street level. That's bad enough as is, but Line 3 connects to the airport, so of course people would likely be carrying their luggage on the train as well.
