The Communist Party of the Russian Federation delegation in China is getting acquainted with the socio-economic experience of Jishui County in China.

During the fifth day of their visit to China, the Russian guests discussed taxation and housing policy issues and visited historical sites.

The fifth day of the Russian communist delegation's visit to China was filled with business meetings and an introduction to the cultural heritage of Jiangxi Province.

The day began with a business meeting with Comrade Gong Pingqiu, a member of the standing committee of the Ji'an City Party Committee and head of the organizational department, during which general issues of organizing party work in Ji'an City were discussed.

Following this, the Russian guests were treated to a tour of the ancient Bailuzhou Academy, one of the key centers of traditional Chinese education. The delegation's next stop was a visit, accompanied by Comrade Wang Liang, head of the Jishui County Organization Department, to the "Laojie's Chance" Historical and Cultural Quarter, where they were able to immerse themselves in the meticulously preserved and restored atmosphere of ancient China.

The subsequent business lunch in Ji'an served as the venue for a meeting with Liu Zhibin, a member of the Ji'an City Party Committee Standing Committee and head of the United Front Department. During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of mutual interest, reflected both in the Communist Party of the Russian Federation's Victory Program and in the policy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Particular attention was paid to China's experience in implementing social policy. The Russian delegation expressed keen interest in the progressive tax mechanisms in place in China.

The discussion also focused on municipal support measures for the population. The Chinese side provided detailed information on housing affordability and the implementation of social programs. The issue of 0% annual interest rate mortgage lending, aimed at improving the well-being of citizens, was also raised.

Having completed the business portion of the visit in Ji'an, the Russian delegation traveled on a high-speed train, reaching speeds of over 300 km/h, to the city of Jingdezhen, known as the "porcelain capital" of China.

In Jingdezhen, the delegation was met by Chinese comrades led by Ms. Lin Rong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jingdezhen City Party Committee. The guests were then given the opportunity to see the work of the Imperial Porcelain House, which recently hosted an exhibition attended by representatives from more than 30 countries, including Russia.

During the meeting, Chermen Alanovich Dudati, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, First Secretary of the Committee of the North Ossetian Republican Branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, head of the Communist Party faction in the North Ossetian Parliament, and director of the V. Tkhapsaev North Ossetian State Academic Theater, established a dialogue with the Tao Sichuan Theater representative office on cultural cooperation.

The day ended with a political study session entitled "The Spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee," led by Academy Vice-Rector Cheng Jisheng.

The Russian delegation's visit is part of efforts to strengthen interparty ties and exchange experience in governance and socio-economic development.
