Would be nice to have org mode embedded inside other modes 🤔

LaTeX mode and pretty much any programming mode supports comments. In principle, comment blocks could really benefit from some org mode features, particularly a mechanism to collapse lengthy paragraphs and lists (like the markdown spoiler).

Or is there already a universal way to collapse text in code comments?
