Ideas for growing the community

Does anyone have ideas? Does anyone actually want to? I do what I can, but it feels like there is only ~10 people here and shouting into the void isn't that enjoyable. pawb.social is a little better, but I don't know how much their new members know about us, and I don't know how much those here know about their newer communities.
