What We Will Worker Experience Survey
docs.google.com
external-link
What We Will is a worker-led organization for workers across sectors impacted by rapid technological change. We founded What We Will in response to mass layoffs in 2025-2026 as part of the Tech Workers Coalition, a grassroots labor organization with local chapters across the U.S. and Europe. We’re partnering with TechEquity to survey tech workers to understand your experience as mass layoffs and AI integration rapidly change job environments. Your responses will inform original research that could support pro-labor legislative campaigns. We want to learn more about you, your story, what you are concerned about, and your ideas about what support you and your colleagues need. One of the researchers from TechEquity and What We Will would love to follow up with you after you complete the survey, but you can also take it anonymously if you prefer. We will not be sharing your email or any of your individual survey responses outside of our organization.
