There are dozens of Australian languages, and I think English immigrants should learn at least a few words in any one of them. Ideally the local one. You know, like it says in the post. “the local Indigenous language”.

It is much less effort to just announce “we acknowledge this land we’re on is stolen” and then do nothing about it though.
