Just purchased a home. Was in a trust and the sons wanted to cash out. At some point I imagine they stopped trying to fix the things or sort through the rest. Took a discount on CC of we cleaned it ourselves.

The ol’ man wasn’t dirty but when you’re checking out you don’t think that you should do a quick tidy.

Long story short, this is me but I also don’t see any end to the tasks of moving in and out and the same time.
