    Where does the thinktank Ember get the line “one of the fastest solar revolutions on the planet”? What other solar revolutions have come close to what Cuba is doing?

        This is an example where a system that helps people to solve economic problems is the better approach than the Pax Americana policy to sabotage the marginalized communities and force them to depend on ‘humanitarian aids’ and intervention from a puppet government that works for the rich 1%.
