    This article appears to be a report about study which is a literature review of previous studies and without digging into each one, it’s unclear just how big the actual sample is.

    The article then goes on to quote an apparently unrelated study.

    It might be real, but it feels very much like clickbait.

      It’s garbage.

      The laundry list of items is nothing more than the usual “be active, don’t drink, don’t smoke, reduce your stress, etc, etc”, with no data, no quantification, etc.

    Skimmed through. So, pretty much the current state of the world is the cause of dementia and NYTimes is low-key telling people it’s time for a revolution.

    Or it’s just trying to sell some sponsored “wellbeing” crap.
