Against Israel, Against Palestine - For Class Struggle

No stronger an image of the essence of nationalism can be seen than in the endless parade of coffins of Palestinians draped in flags. Nationalism is poison in the veins of the working class. Nowhere is this clearer than in Israel today. A working class stands divided and helpless, torn between two hostile bourgeois camps. Though the Israeli side has the entire weight of US imperialist muscle behind it this does not make the camps of Islamism and Palestinian nationalism less an enemy of the Arab workers.

Recently, I found out that Left-Communists largely do not believe in dialectical materialism. This viewpoint sounded preposterous to me, enough so that it piqued my interest to learn more about them and attempt to understand their positions. I came to find out that Left-Communists do not believe in supporting national liberation struggles. Naturally, I wanted to know what they thought about the most pressing national liberation struggle of our time, so I googled “Left-Communism Palestine” and I found this absolutely horrific article.

Just disgusting. I don’t think I need to explain why. The issues begin at the title, and it just gets worse as the article keeps going. There’s no need for me to debunk all its lies, it should be clear to any knowledgeable Marxist-Leninist and anti-Zionist.

This article really got to me, what an insult to all the martyrs who fought against the genocide of their people.

It boggles me that people follow this worthless ideology. It has not done a single thing for the emancipation of the world proletariat. Thankfully, it’s nearly completely relegated to online spaces.

Free Palestine, and victory for the Palestinian struggle.

      Also, there is some weird purism on the part of supposed Marxists (from little I have heard from comrades here and some snippets from Bordiga, they are part of the “purist” camp of Marxists that unfortunately exist as anti-revolutionary blocs that are somehow even more purist than Maoists).

      I have heard that left-communists are not relevant (and they have never been relevant, apparently), so they are mostly a niche group of people that follow some strange path.

    By the way, have any of you peeps met a leftcom in real life? I am honest when I say that I have never met one and do not want to meet them ever (meeting someone more fixated on purity than Maoists is not a fun-sounding time).

      i think they give out newspapers anarchist events occasionally? and have membership in (mostly reformist) unions? but like they are an exclusively european phenomenon. which is funny, given all the primacy they tend to give to ‘internationalism’.
