Too large of a question to answer, like even thinking of having that much responsibility is giving me anxiety. I’d probably find more capable and knowledgable people to help me figure out what each region needs broadly and then narrow it down from there, but I think I’d focus on free and widespread health care first, then housing/accomodation, food, transportation etc. But this is purely utopian I haven’t read enough theory to give proper answers.
It is overwhelming if you think about the big ticket items. Easier to think up ideas for community run operations so no one has to take on the responsibility of being overseer. The anxiety riddled introverts like us can blend into the background where we feel comfortable, while still donating to the common weal.
