Luigi Mangione’s lawyers asked a judge on Wednesday to postpone his federal trial in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson until early next year.
While I agree with the sentiment, I hate that people have started acting like he actually did it. Anyone with eyes could see that it was a different person wearing that hooded jacket. Their eyebrows were completely different shapes, and that’s not something you can just grow in a week. His arrest also had all of the markers of planted evidence. The man is obviously being railroaded by the criminal prosecution system, and the entire world is watching it happen.
