Create a massive rocket Burn a massive amount of rocket fuel to get it into space Surround the comet ice in enough artificially made heat resistant materials so it doesn’t burn up in the atmosphere Use more rocket fuel to angle the giant ball of ice so it doesn’t burn up on re-entry Burn some more fuel to slow down its descent once inside the atmosphere so it doesn’t crash into the earth, ending all life in the immediate area Drop the ball of unsalted ice in the ocean
