I’m aware of the somaliland insurgency but I’m more asking what is being used to “sell” racism against somalis specifically right now. Is it just that Somaliliand is gaining more ground due to western support and Trumpers are suddenly taking a side in a conflict they’ve no interest in prior or is there domestic issue being exploited to try and make the concept of splitting Somalia appealing.
