Correct, the first part does double duty calling him a twit and harkening back to his tendency to tweet all his stupid, vile
thoughtsincoherent ramblings before he got temporarily kicked off Twitter for inciting an insurrection. Chosen by me in this particular instance for the Hitler comparison, though that part is losing some of its power as his followers become more and more open about embracing the similarities.
Kimmel should demand payout for his contact and his entire staff, then open elsewhere.

The company hasn’t asked Kimmel to apologize, nor does Kimmel have any plans to do so, the people said. The comedian has been a vocal critic of Trump for several years.

The future of the show is simple - if he promises to do what he’s told (with someone nearby holding a vaudeville hook to cut the signal the moment he acts up), the show will continue. Otherwise, maybe if there’s ever a Democrat elected again he could see getting near a camera again.
