Not blaming the IT staff, it’s that healthcare leadership does a poor job prioritizing IT. Having worked with healthcare and finance (banking) IT, the difference is staggering. Banking doesn’t mess around when it comes to Risk Management, healthcare doesn’t seem to know what it means.
