If this citation applies to this context, why didn’t Mao’s China trade with Israel?

And on Nixon’s visit, he conceded recognition to the PRC and Mao accepted, following Lenin’s principle of a somewhat peaceful coexistence with imperialists, to allow the development of struggle inside imperialist countries. How many struggles is Mr. Xi helping by legitimizing the colonization of Palestinian land? Also, how many popular struggles have the Dengists helped since taking power? I mean actual struggles, not arming the reactionary armies of Myanmar, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Pakistan to murder separatists enforcing their right to self-determination.

If this citation applies to this context, why didn’t Mao’s China trade with Israel?

Mao’s handshake with Nixon and the criminal genocidal settler colonial Yankee regime was on February 22, 1972. During that time, there were way more Arab countries’ opposing the zionist settler colonial project which resulted in the 1973 Arab–Israeli War. With that context in mind, we know that the Zionist regime and their imperialist backers were raging war against the Arab countries’ resistance which lead to what we know today:

            • Coups

            • Destruction of the Pro Palestinian gov’t and installment of puppet regimes(Gulf countries, Syria, Lebanon, Libia)

All of this was done for three(or more) reasons:

            • Destroy the resistance

            • Reach the legitimisation of the zionist entity just like their backer, the US regime did(this is an example of a successful settler project)

            • Force every country on Earth to trade and accept the Zionist Entity. If not, they will incur the US rage(Just like what they did to Gaddafi and Bashar Al Assad)

For that point in time, the imperialist powers haven’t reached the legimitization part because there was still a strong Arab unity. That explains why China didn’t jumped to trade with the entity while China’s Mao were forced to trade with the successful genocidal US regime. This was also the situation with Vietnam and Laos.

How many struggles is Mr. Xi helping by legitimizing the colonization of Palestinian land?

This is a loaded question and you are just deliberately putting the blame on China for what is totally the fault of the zionist imperialist backers. Now, have you heard of the FSLN, Burkina Faso, PSUV to name a few?

Those benefit a ton due to China’s material support. Also, plenty of african and latin american countries have benefited with their material support with their programs on eradicating poverty and industrialization. Have the US ever done that besides pillaging?
